1. Orders

By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, technical error, legal restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.

2. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions accurately. Minor differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation, or other reasonable factors.

3. Prices and Charges

Product prices, available shipping charges, discounts, taxes where applicable, and the final order total are displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and applicable fraud or security checks.

5. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.

6. Shipping

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by contacting us promptly before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to honor eligible requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order information and supporting photographs or videos where appropriate.

10. Promotions

Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, or other conditions presented with the applicable promotion.

11. Errors and Availability

We may correct genuine pricing, description, inventory, or technical errors when identified. If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we will provide an appropriate explanation and available resolution.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
